Olympic Games

The starting point of this work is a reflection on the theme of heightened surveillance during the Paris Olympics. With the use of algorithms, movement in public spaces is increasingly subject to regulations. In France, this will be particularly embodied in the context of the Olympic Games with a new law enhancing video surveillance. This paradox between a moment of celebrating the body on the athletic tracks and the constraint of the body in public space inspired me to focus on movement. To question what makes a movement acceptable or not in a public area.
